ba salam,

There is usually a few big job fairs here in Toronto and they usually solicit for resume in advance of the job fair. I would strongly recommend that you forward your resume to these job fairs and there is usually a good chance of getting an employers attention. There is currently a shortage of nurses in Canada so you stand a good chance.
